ask supplier first or buyer first 2

When it comes to product quality, there are more questions to ask. Does the customer need us to control pesticide residues in the product? Are there any requirements for the sulfur dioxide content in the product? How much moisture is required? Do we need to control allergens? Should the allergens be controlled within 1 or 2.5? Escherichia coli coliform microbial total How much should the amount be controlled? Is irradiation allowed? Are there any requirements on the color of the product? These are all questions that need to be asked clearly before an accurate quotation can be made.

What’s more, when some trading companies asked our factory for prices, we asked them which country to export to, but they didn’t have a specific country. They only gave us a general area, such as exporting to the European Union and exporting to Asia. We didn’t know what are they worried about? Are they worried that we will steal their customers? For example, if they only talk about Asia, Japan and South Korea have such high requirements, if we report to them according to the requirements of the Philippines, will we be able to meet the requirements? And even in the same country, different customers will have different requirements. Take Japan for example. Some customers must buy first-grade dehydrated garlic slices, which cost more than 6,000 US dollars per ton. For some customers, buying second-grade garlic slices is enough, and for other customers who want to make feed, they only need to buy dehydrated garlic powder and dehydrated garlic granules produced from ordinary root slices, which cost about 2,500 US dollars per ton.

Another well-known problem is that the market price of garlic fluctuates greatly. Due to the large fluctuations in raw material prices, the price of our dehydrated garlic also frequently fluctuates. Therefore, we usually recommend that customers send samples to confirm first. After the samples are confirmed, we will set the price based on the market conditions at that time, which is fair to both parties. It makes no sense to only talk about price without seeing the true product quality. Do you think so?

So next time you come to our factory for price inquiry, please ask the customer more questions first. Only by understanding the customer’s needs can we give them a more accurate quotation. For customers who really want to buy goods, I think they want us to understand their quality requirements as carefully as possible.

I hope everyone can find the right supplier. Get more orders.
