The second thing is a container of dehydrated garlic granules that was recently shipped to the United States. When the customer returned the empty container after unloading the goods, he was told by the shipping company that there was a small hole on the side of the container and that the container needed to be repaired. The cost was $300. To be honest, there should be no holes during normal transportation. When the factory is loading, the forklift will not insert a hole in the side, but there is no evidence to prove that this hole was made before loading in our factory. Yes, so the customer has to pay 300 US dollars to the shipping company. Of course, the customer is definitely not willing. In the end, our shipper bears the cost. To be honest, 30 yuan for this small hole is enough in China. The factory’s own The maintenance workers don't need to spend any money. But there is no way. When you go abroad, everything is calculated in US dollars, and the cost is very high.
I suddenly thought of my Saudi customer who insisted on taking some photos of empty containers. I immediately asked him what the purpose of taking photos of empty containers was. The customer said that he would keep it as evidence after taking the photo. This was the condition of the container when we loaded it at the factory.
