If white onion slices are needed, we will directly color-sort the semi-finished products, manually select them, pass through metal detectors, X-ray machines, pack them, and then export them. Our onion slices usually have 10X10MM, 5X5MM.
If onion granules are needed, they must be color sorted, manually selected, and passed through a metal detector. After the X-ray machine, it will be processed according to the different sizes required by the customers. Usually our customers buy the most 8-16 mesh onion granules, 26-40 mesh onion granules, and 40-80 mesh onion granules.
If onion powder is needed, it has to go through color sorting, manual selection, and metal detectors. Powdered directly after X-ray machine, and then packaged for export. Of course, our onion powder also has different quality grades. The best grade is directly processed with onion slices. The white onion powder with a lower quality grade is a defective product that is picked out by adding more than a few onion slices and onion granules. The worst quality onion powder is all processed and produced with the defective products selected above. Although it is a defective product, it is also an onion without any external additions.
